How To Stop Dizziness
Let's keep in mind that what one person defines as a symptom of dizziness can be totally different from what another person describes as the same symptom. In one case the person may be feeling like their head is spinning and in the other they merely feel light headed. What they do have in common is that they are both anxiety symptoms that you should be aware of.
I can't tell you how many times I was driving and I got a dizzy spell. Undoubtedly the worst timing to get dizzy from a panic attack, the best thing to do is to pull over or if you aren't driving just sit down and focus on your breathing.
