I bought this to replace my 1 year old dell vostro 1710 batteries. At first,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I did some research to compare this battery with the ones sold by Dell. Performance:
This Replacement dell vostro 1710 battery is as good as the Dell-Branded ones made by Sanyo Corporation. I get roughly 3-4 hours out of it with WiFi on, screen dimmed, and moderate web-surfing. I am dual-booting Windows 7 RC 7100 and Windows Vista. I get about 20-35 minutes more with Windows 7. I think the new Operating System is much more efficient with managing windows resources compared to the bloated Vista.
