To implement the State Council on the promotion of the spirit of service outsourcing industry,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], support service outsourcing enterprises to actively undertake international service outsourcing business, outsourcing has now decided to model in some cities, to carry out international service outsourcing business for the implementation of customs bonded supervision of imported goods experiments (hereinafter referred to as pilot .) Pilot work-related matters are hereby notified as follows:
