HRTEMimageoftheregularlyhexagonalnanoparticlesindicatesthedistancebetween (1i00) planesneighbouringintheSb-dopedZnOnanoparticleswithwurtzitestructureislargerthanthatoftheundopedZnOnanoparticlesreportedinliterature. TheXPSresultclearlyshowsthatSbelementhaeendopedintotheZnOnanoparticles,ugg boots australia, althoughtheXRDpatternsoftheas-synthesizednanoparticlesrevealthatthereisnotsecondphaseexceptZnO.
