| The festival is for ages 21 and up so be sure to bring your ID’s with you. The exception to the rule is Sunday the 11th when they will be having a family event. Totally Tejas at the Rio Cibolo Ranch! From 1 – 6pm there will be plenty of food, wine and craft vendors to keep everyone happy. There will also be hayrides,nike shoes, river barge rides,coach outlet, a silent auction, storytelling and live entertainment. Definitely a fun full day for everyone!
Starting on November 7th you can cruise the San Antonio River with Chef Michael Flores or you can join Bon Appetit Senior Editor, Heather John for cocktails on the 9th. There are so many events to choose from during these glorious 5 days I would say it would be hard to pick between them all. It sounds like the Black Tie at the Omni La Mansion del Rio on November 9th would be the highlight of the festival, not to mention an evening you won’t forget. The festival is a non-profit organization and they are always looking for volunteers. Individuals and groups are encouraged to participate. Or on September 24th you can attend the ultra lavish, one of a kind event at The Argyle. This is truly a one of a kind event where you have award winning San Antonio chefs and the city’s most prestigious wine cellars together in one beautiful location.
